What our customers are saying
Chez Bri

Really friendly and a very thorough experience. Took the time to listen to my concerns , assessed my ears very carefully and gave me a clear plan of action. Procedure was efficient, attentive and Tony was very gentle. I was very pleased with the outcome & appreciative of being able to hear again ! I will definitely be returning and couldn’t recommend more !

Home Visits

Across Worcestershire and Birmingham

Impaired mobility or a preference to limit your travel, shouldn't mean you have to suffer ear wax problems. When not in clinic we are happy to visit you in your own place of residence where you will receive the same quality of care and procedures as if you were in clinic. There is a standard charge of £55 for a domicillary visit which includes all travel, an otoscopic examination and removal of ear wax to one or both ears. Aftercare advice will be given.

Please note that home visits cannot be self-booked online. Please call to discuss your preferred appointment date and time.

Pre- Appointment

We are experienced practitioners but you as the patient have a role in the process too. We do ask that you administer olive oil spray or drops into the ear canals for 3-4 days prior to any intervention. The olive oil will soften the wax and make the removal easier. Hard, impacted wax adhereing to the canal will often damage the thin skin tissue as it is removed so the softening will minimise any trauma
